As the son of two chiropractors Dr. Brian has always known the benefits of chiropractic care.  The day he and his brother were born his twin David's life was literally saved by a chiropractic adjustment delivered by his father. Growing up in a family that did not use traditional medicine was normal to Dr. Brian. Whenever he caught a cold or had an injury from his days on the swim and water polo teams there was never any mention of Aspirin, Tylenol or antibiotics. He would get an adjustment, drink lots of water, eat healthy and get some rest..This is the same advice he gives his patients today. Chiropractic is a way of life for Dr. Brian!

Today, he continues this alternative approach to health at home with his family and with his patients in the office.  This approach to health starts with locating any disturbances or disruptions in the spine called SUBLUXATIONS, then corrects those subluxations with a gentle adjustment to the spine followed by recommendations of lifestyle changes that would allow for more normal function of the body and a return to health. Dr. Brian will stress the importance of regular exercise, good nutrition, maintaining a positive mental attitude and getting restful sleep as the keys to attaining optimum health.

While he encourages optimum health for all patients, Dr. Brian understands that many patients simply want to get out of pain so they can get back to work or help take care of their families.  Dr. Brian has spent countless additional hours honing his chiropractic skills in order provide quick, effective and lasting pain-relief.  He has a wide array of techniques that have been proven to provide fast relief  for many spine and nerve related conditions such as lower back and neck pain, migraine and tension headaches, and sciatica, to name a few.

In addition to treating the spine Dr. Brian is a member of the ACBSP as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) and Certified Chiropractic Extremity Physician (CCEP).  He is one of only a dozen or so chiropractors who hold these certifications in the State of Washington. He is certified to treat a wide range of sports related injuries dealing with shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, hips, and feet.

Dr. Brian has served as the team doctor for The Pierce County Bangles (Semi-professional football team), the Seattle Mist (Seattle's women's professional football team), the JLBM Roller Derby Team, as well as a volunteer for his alma mater Clover Park High School's Football team and athletes for the past 14 years. Since 2011 he has had the honor of being chosen as one of the official chiropractors for the U.S. Open Golf Championships.
